What you're buying

Cortisol Hero products are downloadable digital files (PDFs). Nothing is shipped. After checkout you're taken to a download page; please save your files and bookmark the page.

Educational use only

Our products share general education about daily routines — sleep, meals, movement, caffeine timing, and stress habits. They are not medical, nutritional, or psychological advice, and they don't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before changing supplements, nutrition, exercise, or sleep routines, especially if you're pregnant or nursing, take medication, or manage a medical condition. You're responsible for how you use the information. We make no guarantee of any specific result, including weight or fat loss.

Refund policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, email hello@cortisolhero.xyz within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full through PayPal. You don't need to give a reason. We may decline refunds where there's a clear pattern of abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund).

License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download, use, and print the files for your own use. Please don't resell, share, upload, or redistribute them.

Prices are in US dollars and may change. Price changes don't affect purchases already made.
