This quiz reflects habits, not hormones — it doesn't measure cortisol or diagnose anything. If stress is seriously affecting your sleep, mood, or health, a doctor or therapist can help.
Often it's not a discipline problem. It's a signal problem.
Cortisol isn't bad — you need it to wake up and focus. The trouble is stress signals at the wrong time, for too long, without recovery. Tap through a typical day and see how small swaps change it.
Illustration only, to show the idea of stacked stressors vs. recovery — not measured hormone data.

Before you buy
Is this medical advice?
No. It's an educational workbook about daily routines — sleep, meals, movement, caffeine timing, and stress habits. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it isn't a substitute for your doctor. If you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant or nursing, check with a professional before changing your routine.
Will this make me lose weight?
We can't promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The system is built to lower your daily stress load and make sleep, energy, and cravings easier to manage. The idea is that a calmer baseline makes healthy routines easier to keep. Individual results vary a lot, and we don't make weight-loss promises.
What's the difference between the two options?
The Workbook teaches the whole 21-day system, including the PFF meal formula. The Complete Reset adds the Calm Kitchen Companion, which does the meal planning for you: 21 PFF meals, a 7-day plan, one grocery list, and a 60-minute Sunday prep. Pick the Workbook if you like planning your own meals.
How much time does it take each day?
Most days, 10–20 minutes of actual effort spread through the day, plus about 30 minutes up front to read the core modules. There's a "minimum effective day" for the chaotic ones.
Do I have to quit coffee?
No. You change the order (water and food first) and set a 2 PM cutoff. That's it.
Do I need supplements or special foods?
No. Magnesium is covered as an optional extra with safe limits. Everything else uses regular groceries.
Is this for menopause or perimenopause?
It's written for adult women in any stage, including the perimenopause and menopause years when stress, sleep, and midsection changes often pile up. It doesn't replace care for menopause symptoms — hot flashes and night sweats are worth raising with your doctor.
How do I get it?
Right after checkout, PayPal sends you to your download page. It's a PDF you can use on your phone, tablet, or computer — or print.
