Health information
We don't collect health information. The quiz doesn't send your answers anywhere, and we never ask you to submit health details. Please don't email us medical information we haven't asked for.
What we collect
- Purchases: payments are processed by PayPal. We receive your name, email, and order details from PayPal to deliver your product and handle support or refunds. We never see or store your card details.
- Email sign-ups: if you choose to join our email list (for example, to get the free cheat sheet), we store your email address with our email provider.
- Quiz answers: the quiz runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and results are never sent to us or stored by us.
- Basic analytics: we may use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views. It doesn't track you across sites.
- Pinterest Tag: we use Pinterest's conversion tag, which sets cookies, to measure how many visitors arrive from Pinterest, finish the quiz, and buy. It records that the quiz was completed, never your answers or score. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Pinterest settings.
How we use it
To deliver what you bought, send emails you asked for, answer your questions, process refunds, and understand which pages are useful. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site: PayPal (payments), our email provider (email list), and Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and Pinterest (ad measurement). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Affiliate links
Some links go to third-party stores. If you click one, that store may use cookies to credit us with a referral. Their privacy policies apply on their sites.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@cortisolhero.xyz. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations. Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information.
Children
This site and its products are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
